All day of wedding and event services are provided on location.

Yes, $100 is due when booking hair AND makeup, or $50 per booking hair OR just makeup. This is to secure your booking so that no other bride can reserve your day with us. This retainer fee is non-refundable.

Yes, a "Pre-Dawn" fee will be added to your invoice for services that require an early start time: Before 6:00 am = $25. Before 5:00 am = $50. Before 4:00 am = $125 and so on. (fee is added per stylist)

If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately to let us know. However your retainer fee cannot be refunded.

No. Bridal trials are not required, however we do highly recommend them.

One hairstyle is included in your trial appointment. You can certainly try additional styles for $50 per style. For makeup you can start with a lighter application and add more as desired to accomplish your desired look.

Depending on the artist, we offer makeup looks that result in a flawless look, however airbrush is not currently offered. All other products are a variety of high end brands that each artist has found works best in their experience. Each Artist will disclose their product use when in a trial or day of service.

Yes, Usually 2 or more services are required.

Depending on the location of the Event, your artist will assess. If the Event location requires parking fees for the makeup and or hair stylist, these fees will be added to total bill of service.

Yes Of course! Anyone who would like to receive a preview is more than welcome to schedule an appointment.

All previews are held Monday-Friday, unless we are on location attending to a wedding. We are usually but with exception closed for Trials Sundays.

We can certainly book your bridal trial in the evening. Just let us know and we will work with your schedule. However, optimal lighting is very important so we generally take our last appointment at 5pm.

Previews (Trials) for both hair and makeup can take anywhere from 2 hours and 45 minutes to 1.5 hours for single service previews.

Timing varies by wedding party but we usually book 40/45 minutes per hair and makeup services for each bridal party member, and 1 hour per hair and makeup for the bride. We also schedule at least 15-20 minutes for touch ups at the end of the getting ready day.

Yes, you can certainly add on additional stylists to complete all services in a more timely manner. Please keep in mind that extra stylists are not always available. If this is something you are interested in, we highly recommend requesting at the time of booking. $100 per added stylist upon availability. However, our bridal hair and makeup package includes one hairstylist and one makeup artist at no extra charge.

Yes Of course!! Any stylist can stay onsite for extended touch ups. Just Let us know at time of Booking for stylist/s to stay. $50/hour per stylist.

Please be sure that everyone arrives with a clean, exfoliated face and clean, dry hair. If anyone has curly or frizzy hair, they must arrive with their hair smoothed. We require that everyone have a picture on hand of how they would like both their hair and their makeup to look for the wedding. Pinterest is a very helpful source for all ages. Please be sure that everyone saves photos that are similar to their own hair type, hair color, skin tone, and eye color.

Yes, we most definitely do. We are beyond grateful for our honored military. A 10% Discount will be applied upon request for active duty or direct dependents receiving the service. We simply ask that you email us a copy of active-duty military photo ID.
